Our papers are FSC-certified papers from sustainable forests, one tree cut is one tree planted. Our production process as well as our materials are compliant to REACH (European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use) standards, one of the most strict applicable rules to date.
Hereinafter is a brief description of techniques involved in our planner production process :
Weaving a double edge
The edge is lined with PU leather on both sides, and the edge is bonded with cardboard and sponge.
Advanced oil technique
Leather and leather mounted foam plastic, then cut into finished products, and then oil and smooth the edge to extend the product's lifespan.
High frequency machines
Hot pressing molding machine with high frequency.
Cutting- edge techniques
Thick artificial vegan leather on the luggage, and fabrics on the innards and surface
external two layers of leather are fitted together. The leather is wear- resistant and pressure- resistant, as well as durable.
Mounting leather on a single layer
It is simple, comfortable and soft, bending without creases, compact, and convenient. The cover leather is applied directly to the inner core.
